The Commercial for My Cookbook

I have been noticing a lot of blogs are posting videos.  The only video I have is the commercial I made for my cookbook, MY KIND OF COOKING, so I decided to post it. 

I am trying to decide weather or not to record and post videos.  Maybe you can help me make up my mind.  Do you like to see videos on blogs?  And if you do, what kind of videos would you like to see?
