Tip: Non-Slip Trick for Cutting Boards

I love kitchen safety tips!  Safety first, that's my family's motto. Maybe it is because my mom had to stress safety, to keep all my fingers attached when I helped her in the kitchen.  I use today's tip almost everyday.

Safety Tip: To keep your cutting board from moving around on you while you slice and dice, place a damp paper towel underneath it.  Then you can slice away until your heart's content without the danger of the board moving all over the place.
