Grilled Balsamic Chicken
1 cup balsamic vinegar
2/3 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons honey
1 (0.7 ounce) packet Italian salad dressing mix
6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
Combine all ingredients in a re-sealable plastic bag. Shake to combine. Place bag in a large bowl and marinate 4 to 12 hours.
This is my favorite chicken marinade! The chicken is so moist and full of sweet and savory flavors, that you will want to have seconds.

Welcome home, Linda! This is a great recipe! The taste of balsamic vinegar is so good so I know this has to be a delicious marinade for the chicken. It's a must try! I'm looking forward to your South Africa post!
ReplyDeleteThanks, Pam! The marinade is also great for pork chops.
DeleteThis looks like something I would really like. Recipe printed for my next trip to the grocery store. THANKS!
ReplyDeleteWe love it and I hope you will too, David!
DeleteI made it and it was very good. Even though I only let it marinate for 2 1/2 hours, it kept the chicken incredibly moist and flavorful. Definitely a keeper! THANKS!
DeleteThis look pretty and delicious! I have always been a fan of the salad dressing packet you just add vinegar and oil to and this is another great way to use it. Thanks for posting this!
ReplyDeleteI am glad you like it, Jordan! I hear Tyler has a grill now. I bet he wouldn't mind you using it to make this recipe. LOL!
