I confess I do not understand the point of firing up a grill and then wrapping things in foil. One could achieve the same result by just sauteing in one or two large pans on top of the stove - and get some caramelization as well.
ReplyDeleteThis sounds great, Linda and I'm going to try it. Love that cabbage!
ReplyDeleteHowdy this is somewhat of off topic but I was wondering if
ReplyDeleteblogs use WYSIWYG editors or if you have to manually code with HTML.
I'm starting a blog soon but have no coding knowledge so I wanted to get guidance from someone with experience. Any help would be enormously appreciated!

I love cabbage and this sounds like a great new idea to me. Have a good weekend Diane
ReplyDeleteI love grilled cabbage, in particular I use red, I'll have to try it with the white! Have a great day!
ReplyDeleteI haven't ever tried it in the packs like that, I usually just do it straight on the grill. I think your technique is better for that cooked texture, I was just using mine for slaw.
ReplyDeleteLook delicious, I got to try this soon!
