I love to make cupcakes an muffins! I almost always use liners when baking them. To keep your cupcake from sticking to the liner, I spray it first with non-stick cooking spray. Then when I peel the paper liner from the cupcake, I get the whole thing instead of having to pry pieces off the paper.

ReplyDeleteOoh good idea! I almost never use liners on muffins because I hate having to remove the paper almost as much as the paper hates being removed. Which sometimes makes me sad since I have a bunch of cute liners. Maybe the cooking spray can help me and the cupcake liners be friends again :-)
