MY KIND OF COOKING COOKBOOK.

I have been traveling since the end of July.  Currently I am in Nicaragua.  As I was thinking about what to post while I was out of the country, I decided to go back to the first few posts that I made when I began my blog.

This recipe is one of my families favorite dinners.  It has bacon, so you know it is going to be good!

  1. I have also discovered refrigerated cheese filled tortellini and it has saved me a few times; they also freeze very well. Love that sauce you made to serve it with; thanks.

  2. I had to laugh at myself. When I first read the title of this recipe I thought it said Tortellini Toes. Then when I saw photo it occurred to me that it wasn't so bad an idea.
