Easy Salad Dressing

1/2 cup Aloic Organic Aloe Vera Drink
1/2 cup olive oil
1 (0.7 ounce) packet Italian salad dressing mix

In a small bowl, combine all ingredients.  Whisk until well blended.

This recipe can be stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.

I like to test my recipes on my friends.  When I first started doing that, they were all very nice in the comments they made.  Fast forward several years and hundreds of dishes later, they now all think they are all professional food critics and are brutally honest.  I guess that is a good thing, but it sure was easier in the early days.

This tasty dressing was a hit with everyone!  I only received positive comments.  Yeah!  One person even thought I had added some white wine to the dressing.  The Aloic Organic Aloe Vera Drink has a slight grape flavor, so that was a good guess.  I will be making this tasty dressing again!

My new cookbook is available at schools, businesses, hospitals, and book fairs in cities across the United States.  Be sure to pick up a copy or two, when you see them.  They make great gifts!
